Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with ClipHanger™. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we ship your order.
Delivery Destinations
We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We do not currently ship internationally.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of being placed (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 5:00pm GMT may be processed the following business day.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, standard estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard delivery: 5 to 10 working days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, high demand periods, or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
- Free standard delivery on all orders over £20
- A standard shipping fee applies to orders under £20 — the exact amount will be displayed at checkout before payment
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you have not received a dispatch email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your junk or spam folder before contacting us.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a notification card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collect your parcel from a local depot or pickup point.
Delays and Lost Parcels
ClipHanger™ is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If your order has not arrived within 15 working days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at hello@clip-hanger.com and we will investigate on your behalf.
If a parcel is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. ClipHanger™ cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us at hello@clip-hanger.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to amend it before dispatch.
