Refund policy

We want you to love your ClipHanger™ purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy. Please read our return and refund policy below.

Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This is your legal right and nothing in this policy affects it.

To cancel, please notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing hello@clip-hanger.com with your order number and the subject line: 'Order Cancellation'.

Returning Your Item

Once you have notified us of your wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us. To be accepted, returns must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is returned in its original packaging
  • The item is dispatched within 14 days of your cancellation notification


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 10 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@clip-hanger.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items returned after the 14-day return window
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Items damaged due to misuse by the customer
